The retaining firm must supply the properly issued documents, service instructions, jurisdiction, deadline, responsible contact, and any required witness fee or other materials.<\/p><p>Before accepting an assignment, VSS evaluates location, timing, feasibility, conflicts, and the applicable service requirements identified by counsel.
